Central Interceptor Main Works

The project involved the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems for the Mangere Pump Station and various shaft sites.

Scope of Work - JLE's scope covered project management, quality control and documentation, along with high voltage works for the Mangere Pump Station (MPS).

The team also delivered low voltage, control and instrumentation works for the MPS and shaft sites, and carried out testing and commissioning of all electrical installations.

The scope also included training Watercare's operations and maintenance staff, and certifying and providing all final documentation.

Project Timeline -The project began in June 2023 and was completed in September 2026.

Project Highlights - JLE delivered a high level of workmanship throughout the project. Stringent safety protocols were maintained, resulting in excellent safety outcomes.

The team worked effectively with all contractors on site, contributing to the project's overall success.

Key Achievements - JLE successfully installed and commissioned complex electrical systems to the highest industry standards and specifications. Project deliverables, including documentation and training, were managed effectively from start to finish.
